Sparkling angel I believe
You were my savior in my time of need.
Blinded by faith I couldn't hear
All the whispers, the warnings so clear.
I see the angels,
I'll lead them to your door.
There's no escape now,
No mercy no more.
No remorse cause I still remember
The smile when you tore me apart.
You took my heart,
Deceived me right from the start.
You showed me dreams,
I wished they'd turn into real.
You broke a promise and made me realize.
It was all just a lie.
Sparkling angel, I couldn't see
Your dark intentions, your feelings for me.
Fallen angel, tell me why?
What is the reason, the thorn in your eye?
I see the angels,
I'll lead them to your door
There's no escape now
No mercy no more
No remorse cause I still remember
The smile when you tore me apart
You took my heart,
Deceived me right from the start.
You showed me dreams,
I wished they'd turn into real.
You broke a promise and made me realize.
It was all just a lie.
Could have been forever.
Now we have reached the end.
This world may have failed you,
It doesn't give you reason why.
You could have chosen a different path in life.
The smile when you tore me apart.
You took my heart,
Deceived me right from the start.
You showed me dreams,
I wished they'd turn into real.
You broke a promise and made me realize.
It was all just a lie.
Could have been forever.

Dixie and Honey
The long weeks drug on and Dixie was nothing but a couch potato after having broken several ribs and cracking a few other by taking a nasty fall from Honey as she was practicing barrels. Today would be the day she went back out there and tried to own the arena. Dixie was dreaming of something more like a fairy princess being saved by a prince and not sure how it was to turn out because Fox decided to take it upon herself and wake her up. "Nooo Foxy five more minutes your worse than Grandma" she said in a mumbled tone. Dixie proceeded only to roll over snuggling with Fox who seemed to comply with more licks and a wet nose to the cheek. Adoubly she had to go potty Dixie figured quietly opening her brown eyes giving the dog the evil eye before laughing lightly. With that Dixie threw off her covers walking around in some boy shorts and a tank top showing off her horse tattoo on her shoulder saying Canyon Ranch right below the Palomino Quarter horse head. Dixie yawned and headed down stair to open the door and allow Fox out which the dog did flying out like a bat out of hell. Dixie shook her head and figured she needed to get up it was about ten in the morning.
Dixie went to her wardrobe pulling out a bra, shirt, jeans, and socks going to the bathroom and proceeding to change her clothes with ease no longer having problems with bending and stretching she was completely fine. She ran a brush through her hair quickly pulled on her boots and carefully examined her bathroom making sure she didnt forget anything out of order and then with that Dixie left her bathroom making her bed and going back downstairs to let the whining Fox in whom seemed to have a bit of separation anxiety. Dixie shook her head and petted the pretty dogs and going into the kitchen where she fed and watered Fox. After that she washed her hands and fixed her a bowl of some good old fashioned oatmeal which she had to say tastes good and was good for the heart. Dixie washed up her dishes and placed them in the dish drainer from there she headed outside allowing Fox to follow onto the porch and she pulled on her boots which had been caked with clay and mud from a rainy day riding.
Dixie headed towards the barn at a very slow pace she was stretching on the way there. She didnt need to be stiff least she didnt have back problems. Fox was hot on her heels and running around in circles barking and all happy tongue lolling out as she took off to the barn but coming back out to inspect Dixie who again petted the attention loving dog. With that she walked into the barn and whistled a high pitch tone. A palomino head popped out and Honey nickered to Dixie harks perked up. "Hey Honey" she said coming up to the stall looking at her mare only to receive a nose to the cheek as Honey breathed in Dixie scent liek a foal does to its momma. Dixie had raised Honey from a baby and even now the mare thought Dixie her sargent mother whom was very dedicated. Dixie opened the stall door and allowed the mare to exit not even bothering with a lead rope for the mare would follow the Dix anywhere. With that Dixie grabbed the soft brush and stroked down the sides of the golden body. She continued on to saddle up Honey and clean out her hooves for small pebbles to keep her from going lame.
From there Dixie mounted up and headed to the large ring lined with the dreaded barrels. She began warming up Honey walking the short and trotting the long letting her warm those muscles up. Then she did the clover leaf pattern getting Honey to memorize the pattern. With that finished the brunette girl and the palomino mare headed to the starting spot. Dixie breathed slowly she was ready now she was sure of it then with that adrenaline coursing through her veins the breaths deep and spaced so as not to hyperventilate. Dixie whistled to Honey the whispered "let er' buck" the Palomino horse burst forward kicking up dirt and whatever else. They hit the first barrel flying like the wind Dixie doing what was natural. Dixie eyes were on the next barrel already and she again did a perfect turn now her eyes were on the final and last barrel. This is where the accident happened last time. Dixie breathed deeply and nudged Honey to go faster the mare obliged with they went around the last barrel Honeys rumb inches away from the ground. Dixie with a large victorious smile on her face and then she ran home slowing the running and to a walk. Dixie celebrated with a smile and then Honey nickered both excited. "Good job girl" Dixie cooed.
Now we have reached the end.
