Notes;; Hot suffered many years of neglect and ill use but unlike many didn't become a violent horse, it simply made him recluse. He withdraws and takes a while to warm up to new handlers. It appears he doesn't bond with anyone at the TAEA centers and handlers are hoping a new owner will bring some life into him. The overall feel is he obeys but doesn't enjoy competition or the work he does.
